Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Alyssa, the (left) hand behind Coastline Letter Co!

I’ve been providing clients across New England + beyond with custom calligraphy and hand-lettered design services for weddings and special events since 2016. My love of art stems from my late uncle who was a pointillist painter. He gave me my first art set when I was five, and ever since I’ve been drawing and lettering on any surface I could find.

I moved to Providence, Rhode Island in 2020 after a decade in Boston, and have since settled in East Greenwich, RI with my husband Jeff and our two cats, Tugboat and Tupelo. I’ve always loved the beach so I am proud to call the Ocean State home. Rhode Island’s surrounding ocean and 400 miles of coastline are what inspired me to rebrand my business under the name Coastline Letter Co. in 2021! 

When I’m not working with clients or wedding planners to add the perfect calligraphy details and design to special events, you can find me on the beach or boat, cheering on the Bruins or Patriots, skiing up north, or cuddling the aforementioned kitties. While calligraphy design is my forte, I love thinking outside the box to ensure what I create matches your theme, vision, and expectations. Luau themed welcome party?
